In-situ SIM feedback

I love this example of using infographics to feedback and educate. Jo Dursley, one of the excellent Resus and SIM team in Derby (@DHFTResusandSim) lead a recent SIM scenario within the CED and as well as giving immediate feedback to those actually involved, has also produced this infographic for the department to reflect upon  - brilliant idea!
